The State Tower in Bangkok Thailand Asia

The State Tower (formerly Royal Charoen Krung Tower) is a skyscraper in Bangkok and has been the fifth tallest building in Thailand since 2012

The Thai architect Prof. Rangsan Torsuwan designed the building in the 1990s and put a golden dome with a viewing platform at the top of the high-rise. The dome is 30 meters high.

The building areas are mainly used for apartments, offices and sales rooms. The 5-star Hotel Lebua is also located in the State Tower. The 40-story high atrium inside the building and an open-air restaurant on the roof with a view of the city create a special atmosphere.

When it was completed, the State Tower was the second tallest building in Bangkok and in Thailand after Baiyoke Tower 2; but today only the fifth highest in the city.

The rooftop restaurant became famous through the film Hangover.
