Aung Myae Oo Monastic School in Sagaing

The Aung Myae Oo in Sagaing is the second largest monastery school in Myanmar. Young monks and nuns come from all over the country to study here for free. The school is financed entirely from donations. The tourists are allowed to visit the school freely, but care must be taken that the lessons are not disturbed. A fee is gladly accepted.
